Hon Rob Borbidge AO – Chairperson
Rob was the 35th Premier of Queensland from 1996 to 1998.
Rob’s politics was known to be grounded in benevolence along with his famous line to John Oliver for “making society a better place”.
As the chairman of a number of business boards and not for profit endeavours Rob continues to carry these beliefs
He is also currently the Chair of LifeFlight a world leader in aeromedical care with a core purpose to save lives and serve the community
Mark A. Tipping – Edison Projects Australia
An accomplished disruptor, Mark has led complex and challenging technology, business projects and start-ups for more than 30 years. In the late 80’s he was the chief development rider for the DBN500, a carbon-fibre Kevlar composite 500cc Grand Prix Motorcycle, which, fuelled his passion for disruptive technology. In the late nineties he started one of Australia’s first SaaS businesses, working with Ontology Agents (artificial intelligence), and went on to rescuing bleeding edge technology programs and later consulting in technology strategy at one of Australia’s leading brands.
He is the Chief Executive Officer of EDEAENERGY, an integrator/manufacturer of high density, safe, simple, energy generation and storage solutions. EDEA was established to research and develop rapidly deployable energy capture and storage solutions for communities with unstable and unreliable power grids and operates in defence, residential, commercial, and recreational markets.
James Jimenez-Medina – Ignition One
A multi-disciplinary entrepreneur, James is an admitted solicitor in Queensland and has continued working as a development manager in the energy and property sectors since a young age. Having worked in Nepal from 2014 at a young age to present on various technology ventures and social works he has a keen insight into the issues facing developing and least developed nations including the severity of energy poverty. His social works extended to the establishment of mobile clinics, micro-businesses and business sustainability training in rural areas and direct intervention in human trafficking. Inspired by these experiences and personal journey in the small Himalayan Country he had founded and created, along with Mitch Cumming, Ignition One for the purpose of gathering like-minded disruptors, professionals and entrepreneurs to collaborate and partner as a committee to be on the same journey in eliminating energy poverty in all forms across the world in every way able.
Mitch Cumming – Ignition One
Mitch has built his success around a developed growth hacking skillset, at a young age being able to help manage a successful manufacturing company and being in a position to view the inside structure from the ground up, he was able to open his eyes to adaptability and innovative strategy that can change a business’s dynamics for scalability and growth.
Applying these principals he spent 4 years doing business consulting and development learning a variety of new skills along the way until finding a home in the renewable energy sector, a sector that in what he believes is only at it’s infancy in terms of what it can achieve to strengthen the global economy and sustainability and help light up the world for a brighter and healthier future.

Pranoj Raj Karnika is the Nepali partner and representative for the programmes of the Committee in Nepal.
Pranoj has developed several businesses over the years including in the fields of construction, finance and tourism.

With a professional background as a solicitor, Tan has since left Family Law legal practice to not only invest in successful businesses but to also proactively deliver projects for organisations that he has formed.
Currently a director of a UrbanFX Developments delivering unique projects like Koala Estate matching beautiful modern and spacious developments while creating a nature corridor for the local wildlife to thrive and prosper which many developers could not achieve previously, Concurrently, as the cofounder and creator of an IP that brings an innovative biotech advancement to the forthcoming launch into the global market place to advance and streamline workplace health and safety initiatives.
His multi disciplinary skills see him also bring his past residential and commercial solar knowledge to this team and integrate as a valued partner.
Lachlan Lade – Partner
Early adult life encompassed working commission sales roles and as an actor for many major films. Taking him all over Australia engaging with the public in diverse and unique ways.
Then in 2017, he found mentorship under eastern Europe’s largest financial educator. This coincided with the discovery of the developments occurring in blockchain.
He has found great success identifying disruptive innovative blockchain technology who are competing with our traditional financial services. Founding and running his own blockchain businesses and maintaining a successful record of investment.
